So, I bought a bunch of really gorgeous paprika peppers at the market. Confession: I’ve never used paprika knowingly. Maybe once or twice and I’m sure I’ve used it as part of things. I know I have bought paprika but truly, I can’t really remember putting it in anything.
So, why buy any? you ask. Well, could you resist this?
Well maybe you could but I couldn’t. It helps that every time I’m in the butcher shop I’m fascinated by the paprika he’s selling in there. So now the plan is to dehydrate the lot of them and have them over the winter to add their deliciousness to all sorts of things. What sorts of things? Goodness, I have no idea but I’ll have a lot of fun figuring it out.
